How to Get There – From Málaga Airport
By car
Siempre Azul is approximately 50 minutes by car from Málaga Airport (AGP).
From the airport, follow the main roads towards Málaga / Casabermeja / Casarabonela. The route is straightforward until you reach Casarabonela.
Important – final part of the route
From Casarabonela onwards, the road becomes narrow, winding and steadily uphill as you climb into the mountains. The property is located at an altitude of over 1,000 metres.

Please do not rely on Google Maps or Waze for the final part of the journey, as these apps may suggest alternative routes that are steeper, more difficult, or unsuitable.
Instead, carefully follow the road and the kilometre markers.
After passing kilometre marker 11, turn right onto an unpaved road.
The final section is unpaved and very steep downhill — please drive slowly and with caution.
The property is accessible by car, but we strongly recommend daylight arrival, especially if you are unfamiliar with mountain roads.

The area between Casarabonela and Ardales is beautiful and offers many opportunities for nature lovers and adventurers.
Casarabonela is a picturesque village located in the province of Málaga, in southern Spain. It is surrounded by mountains and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The village itself has narrow streets and whitewashed houses, typical of Andalusian architecture. You can also find several historical sights, such as the Moorish castle that rises above the village.
From Casarabonela you can embark on a beautiful route to Ardales. This route takes you through the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, known for its unique flora and fauna. The park has steep peaks, deep valleys and dense forests, making it ideal for hikers and birdwatchers.
Along the way, you will also pass the famous Caminito del Rey, a spectacular hiking trail known as the “King’s Highway”.
