Booking & Stay Information
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation:
- More than 6 weeks before the rental period: 100% refund
- Within 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rental price will be retained
- Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Included & Additional Costs
- Firewood for the fireplace is included
- A fixed final cleaning fee of €300 is charged per stay
- Bed linen, bed sheets and bath towels are included
- Air conditioning and heating throughout the property
- Fireplace available (wood included)
- Fully equipped kitchen

Please note: the swimming pool is not child-proof. Children must be supervised at all times. - Children’s facilities
A baby travel cot and high chair are available upon request. - Laundry service
