Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you get a 50% refund. If you wait even longer, you will receive no refund.
Direct booking
House rules
Guests are expected to abide by your rules and treat the accommodation with respect. Non-compliance or damage may result in charges.
Pets allowed
Well-behaved pets are allowed in the property but not in the seats or beds, any damage will be charged for.
Parties
Parties are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes allowed in the patio or outside on the terrace. Smoking is not allowed on the property due to fire hazard for respect of nature.
